1. Product requirements
1.1 The game account information you want to sell must be true and effective.
1.2 If your account (league of legends) is bound to the mailbox, you must ensure that it can be used to allow remote mailbox access and don’t bind the phone number.
1.3 In order to protect your account, you must hide your role name of all upload screenshots.
1.4 The screenshots you upload must be true, if the delivered game account doesn’t match your desc
1.5 After you have submitted the information of your game account(s), we will verify it. If there are no issues, your game account(s) will be listed on IGVault within one weekday for sale.
1.6 Some games like dofus and wakfu need to upload identity card, please ensure that your documents are true, clear and valid.
1.7 We hope you can follow the above requirements strictly, otherwise you may be at a disadvantage in the face of controversy.
2. Withdrawal Process
2.1 The eighth day after the delivery of the goods, you can initiate a cash withdrawal application. In general, you will receive money within 3-5 working days after application.
2.2 Due to the different policies of each payment company, there will be a fee in the withdrawing process. We suggest that you use skrill for cash withdrawal, because skrill offers 0 fee, and money can be credited into account within 1-3 working days.
3.1 Free to list goods on IGVault.
3.2 All goods sold on IGVault will be subject to a handling charge. When you set the price, you can pay attention to it. For example, the fee for LOL is 20%.
4. What if the money is frozen
If your money has been in status “Processing” for more than 7 days, it means that there’s dispute with your sold accounts, e.g. you got complaints by the buyer. Only when that order’s problem was solved, the money can be transferd to “Available”, then you can ask for withdrawal. Once one transaction fails after 7 days because of seller’s error, the money would be frozen in “Processing” permanently. 5. Transaction process (for seller)
Submit the information of game account > Pass the verification by IGVault > Get your goods listed for sell > Goods were sold > Delivered by IGVault > The money goes into balance in 7 days after delivery > Apply for withdrawal > Seller receives money
1. Receiving notice
1.1 After sucessful payment, we will verify your information for security, then we can deliver the game account information to you via message and email quickly.
1.2 Once you receive the game account information, please log on the account to see if there is problem first. After confirmation you need to change this account’s information (password, banding email, security answer etc.) as soon as possible to finalize the game account ownership transfer.
2. What if the purchased game account has problem? How to deal with it?
2.1 Account was banned
If your purchased account was banned within 7 days after delivery (The reason doesn’t include your improper operation), you can ask our Live support for help. We will contact the seller to find a solution. Attention: please provide us the screenshots of official email so that we can know the reason.
2.2 The delivered account doesn’t match the seller’s desc

2.3 Account was reclaimed by seller
If your purchased account (dofus / wakfu) was reclaimed due to the seller, we can provide the seller's identity card to you, so that you can contact the official website to retrieve the account.
